When you request a briefing or schedule a meeting via our platform, we collect only the information necessary to evaluate our potential partnership and prepare a bespoke presentation for your portfolio. This includes:

  • Identity & Professional Data: Your name, agency name, and the URL of your primary property.
  • Operational Data: The estimated size of your luxury portfolio.
  • Contact & Scheduling Data: Your email address, phone number (if provided), and your chosen meeting time (processed securely via our calendar provider, Microsoft Bookings).

2. How We Use Your Information

We do not engage in mass marketing, and we never sell, rent, or distribute your data to third parties. The information you provide is used exclusively to:

  • Assess the architectural and operational fit between your portfolio and the Stay Framework.
  • Prepare relevant, tailored insights for our 30-minute discovery briefing.
  • Communicate with you regarding your scheduled appointment.

3. Data Protection & Sovereignty

Your information is stored securely within our private, controlled systems. We utilize enterprise-grade security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification of your data. Once our initial consultations conclude, if a partnership is not formed, your data is routinely purged from our active briefing systems.

4. Third-Party Infrastructure

To facilitate seamless scheduling, your chosen meeting time and contact details are processed through our secure calendar partner (Microsoft). Their handling of this data is strictly governed by enterprise privacy protocols.

5. Your Rights Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020

You maintain absolute control over the information you share with us. Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to:

  • Ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you.
  • Ask for it to be corrected if you believe it is wrong.
  • Request the deletion of your data from our pre-client systems.
